The guy I spoke with over the phone to make the appointment was very pleasant and helpful- he even emailed me instructions for what I needed.

I forgot the Captain’s name. The plaques in her office said “Hain” but that’s not what her name tape said. She helped prepare my documents for the notary. She was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly explain anything I had questions about and was very kind. Thank you again!

Overall, pleasant experience with this office. Was in & out.

This legal office, pre-covid, was pretty outstanding. It still is, in some ways. My only complaint is having to deal with the receptionist who books all of the appointments here. In spite of what you say, he will completely insist on dissuading you from doing general power of attorneys in any shape or form, regardless of how much you trust the recipient of the POA. He did one for me prior to my 1st deployment last year and unfortunately, that POA only lasted for one year. When I requested to do another one prior to my second deployment recently, I ran into that same brick wall of dissuasion, as if one had never been done before for that same recipient. I fully understand the risks associated with trusting the wrong person, especially when it comes to POA's, and will gladly accept the consequences which is also certainly unlikely but if you trust the person implicitly, in addition to having one done before for that person, I think there shouldn't be an argument here. The receptionist, though he is in some ways doing his job, is not only a strict and non-budging gatekeeper, but also a solid brick wall of not hearing out common sense and implicitly stated requests. If you contact the office here, you may or may not get some things done like me. I have to worry about finding another legal office to do my POA since this one, represented by this unyielding gatekeeper, is firmly unwilling to do mine.

The receptionist is following an ad format; I've heard that song too many times.. I need the services of a legal office regarding the pervasive situation that is every receptionist, front desk person, phonecall attendant and gatekeeper... but I can't get through these to reach to someone who could actually help with this situation. I could be the president, democratically elected and I would still be locked out.
