Fantastic experience with ServPro and the new leadership team that is heading up this operation out of Mountain Home is amazing. In our experience with a home clean-up in Mountain View, they were prompt, easy to communicate with, very friendly and did a wonderful job liquidating everything and getting a family home cleaned up. It was an emotional week for the family and these folks made it so easy. I can't recommend them enough. I'd use them again and I'd recommend them to friends and family.

Would not recommend!!

I had a bathroom fire with smoke damage, the response team was very courteous and professional but very slow. what should have taken in my opinion about 3 days took over a week, some small items were broken but just trinkets. Most of the time there were 4 employees on site and sometime 6. After the job was completed and the account settled (this is a lake home and I don't get there often) I noticed and item missing valued over $200, the box and charger were there but not the item. I contacted the owner of the company about this and he said he would check with the workers and get back with me which he did and advised me the workers stated they didn't take anything (do you really think they would admit it)! The owner seemed as if he wasn't concerned about it at all. I was disappointed in him as the owner. That will be the last time I will use them..

ServPro has been a real blessing for Redeemer Lutheran Church here in Mountain Home. Mark Tyler, one of their sales representatives, came in about a year and a half ago to set up an Emergency Ready Profile for us. He set up profiles for both of our buildings in good detail and he did it all without asking for anything in return.

This came in handy a couple weeks ago when we had a bad gas leak in the kitchen of our FLC. I was able to go into the Profile he made for us quickly before heading across the street, so I knew exactly where to shut off the gas without having to run around the building looking for it or trust that I will remember the location of everything off the top of my head.

They also came by last week to check out our "Rummage" houses. We suspected mold and they checked it out for us free of charge and were honest about the treatment they could do and what we should do moving forward with those houses. I really appreciate these guys and feel good knowing they are just a call away. Thanks again ServPro.

Desperate elderly couple has begged SERVPRO repeatedly for help with a house that was damaged by water, and they refuse to respond or even do an estimate for the work for weeks on end. They refuse to even schedule an estimate.

This is an unacceptable behavior.
