We hired Zach to do several projects on our home. He replaced our pool deck and added coping to our pool; installed a French drain and pump to solve our backyard drainage issues; added drainage lines to our front yard as well as a pump to our fish pond to prevent it from overflowing.
Zach’s communication skills and execution were above and beyond what I have experienced with any other business in our home remodel. His workers are kind and conscientious. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend!

Zach and his team did an incredible job waterproofing our house at a great price. Zach walked me through the process during his estimate and answered all my questions in detail...The crew he employs is VERY efficient and I'm happy to say we have a completely dry basement for the first time since we bought the house. Zach’s team did a great job resolving a very old leak into my home. This is something that I’ll never have to deal with again. They also did a great job with cleaning up!!

1/31/2025 -- after Zach's team fixed the original problem, I found another issue. They were able to come out, figure out where the water was coming from, and seal it up. My house had NO water inside for the first time in 8 months!!! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough - outstanding service and work!!

We had an excellent experience with JDE Foundation Repair and Waterproofing. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. We purchased a home in Bella Vista, AR that had no exterior drainage and a few foundation cracks that we wanted to be addressed sooner than later. Living out of state and coordinating this seemed a little daunting. Zach, responded to my query right away and was able to give a thorough bid quickly. I was impressed. He echoed some of the same things our inspector noted.
We happened to be in town the day the crew was installing new drainage and doing the foundation repairs. The crew were all so kind and hard working. Their work was meticulous. Before we signed the contract Zach told me we wouldn’t be able to tell they were there even though they dug trenches all over and I have to say he was spot on. Very impressed - everything was left in excellent shape.
The crew and Zach kept in communication as the job went on including pictures of what they did.
I would highly recommend and trust this company to address your drainage and foundation projects.

JDE did several major projects for us and did an amazing job! The projects included major drainage/, rebuilding a retaining wall, building a new retaining wall, waterproofing the crawlspace and adding a sump pump and rebuilding the deck. The crew worked tirelessly, was on time and on budget and communication was flawless. I would highly recommend Zach and his crew to anyone.

JDE Foundation Repair in my opinion, is by far the best company to use. Zach came out to observe my situation and give me a quote on what to expect with fixing the problem I was having with the condition in my crawlspace. After getting several quotes from different companies I chose to go with JDE. Zach was most fair on the cost of my project, honest and professional. His crew came in and did a spectacular job encapsulating my crawlspace and fixing the drainage of my water spouts. I saw results almost immediately of the humidity level coming down inside my home.
