This company is the VERY best!!!!!! I flooded my home and servepro was there within a couple of hours after I contacted my insurance. The team is so friendly, made me feel comfortable packing my treasures, and removing parts of my home to dry out. We experienced water damage due to a faulty solenoid on our dishwasher. The SERVPRO demolition team composed of Luis (team leader), Hiubert, Rudy, Chris, James and Maria were wonderful to work with.

The crew performed their work in a short period of time, were thorough, communicative and really went above and beyond under Luis' careful leadership!

Tracy, Rebecca, Maria, and Chris cleaned my house in Bentonville after wood floors had to be removed and they did a phenomenal job. They paid extra careful attention to every little detail, they were friendly and courteous, and worked so hard! I would definitely use, these ladies again!

I can’t shout enough praise for Savannah Mcgriff & her team made up of Tracy, Felix, Rocio, Huibert, & Adonis (just to name a few). They attacked my tornado damaged building in Downtown Rogers like a bunch of Navy Seals!!! Their attention to detail, speed & thoroughness was incredible. Savannah communicated with me daily (unsolicited) keeping me updated on status & timing.

If I need storm or water damage clean up again in the future I’m calling Servpro & requesting Savannah Mcgriff’s team!!!

Ron, Kris, and Rebecca were wonderful. Very organized and helpful. They packed everything carefully and took great care of all of our belongings while they were in storage. Delivered and unloaded everything efficiently. Would definitely recommend again!
