Not a place to live unless a person likes section 8 government tyranny. They rip people off on rent they tell residence that they can only have friends that ppm approves of I have witnessed twice psychotic behavior from the regional manager and manager on heritage heights property.

My friend lives here an she an her children have been bit by spiders an her youngest son has staff on him from there an has had it cut out twice an there are 3 more spots coming up as we speak. Her bath tube is currently filled with sewage an the manager will not answer the phone when it's supposed to be related to her personal phone when she isnt in the office which is never. These apartments used to be good clean an very friendly. What has happened to this. It's for our elderly an struggling family's .... where is the respect ....

Units housing children contain potentially deadly black mold. Manager will not repair anything wrong with the apartments. She blames pre existing damages on tenants to keep deposits. In our unit the kitchen sink backed up with disgusting sewer water. Cockroach problems despite monthly spraying. Lower units are easily susceptible to flooding which increases the mold problem. Have not seen a single unit that did not need repairs. 3 maintenance men have quit within 7 months. Supposedly official and legally binding documents are riddled with typos, the manager is not fully literate and when you request repairs and they are either not done at all, or not fully fixed she is prone to screaming at her tenants, and has written up many tenants when they understandably raise their voice in turn. When we moved in the place was filthy and she claimed it was very clean. Cleaned the bathroom 4 times and the carpet about 10 times and still it is filthy. I would not recommend to anyone. If you have children you may be playing a dangerous game with their health or even life by exposing them to this mold. There are many racists and drug addicts in the complex. Only good thing about it is that it is cheap, but I would sooner recommend a family live in a tent in the woods than here, and I am not exaggerating.

Heritage Heights apts in Harrison is the hands, down the worst place that I've ever lived in Arkansas. Sewage back ups, heat and air break downs are common place, and maintenance is half hearted at best. I am nearly 61 yrs. old and I strongly resent the iron fist of the managements tactics. Management bullies and intimidates the tenants with threats of eviction for even the most minor of infractions. I have lived here for nearly two years, and more than half that time I've felt like a prisoner in my own apartment. Twice I have been verbally attacked by management (I have a witness to that event) and have been spoken to as if I were a child. I have been disrespected, again, by management on two occasions. I am currently a tenant at said apartments, however after posting this review, I have no idea what will happen. 🤐

Absolutely disgusting. I have been inside two different apartments and they BOTH had roaches and were seriously OUTDATED.

NO pet's. We might have still been in an apartment there, but they wouldn't take our emotional support dogs. 2 miniature dogs that are maybe 20 pounds between the two of them. Oh well, too many drug dealers anyway.

Management was rude, she had tenants play as her spies while she wasnt in the office. She would write my grandma up for me, my husband and cousin being over there, when we didnt do anything wrong to begin with

Run down and isn't pleasant to the eye. The sidewalks have a sloop and then uneven concrete which with the uneven sidewalk and the downward slope, it's hard for a disabled person in a wheelchair.
