I was represented by Molly, she was very thorough in our preparation for trial. Molly called to go over my case / information. Molly always made me feel comfortable about my case. Molly would always end our calls with “if you have any questions please call, in today world that is usually something a representative says cause that standard operating procedures, but with Molly I truly believed her and put Molly to test and called with questions… she always answered my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering her. In my case there was no back pay and so no attorney fee, I still didn’t understand what would happen after decision so so I called Molly again, Molly has great sense of urgency and called me back immediately.( she was in hearing ) Molly didn’t have to react like that, Molly knew there was no attorney fees but that didn’t change how she reacted. When a lawyer (Molly ) gives great customer service knowing their not going to get paid was very impressive and showed me that was a personal standard of excellence Molly has.Molly told me she hasn’t been a lawyer very long.. Molly don’t change your standard of excellence over time you never know when that customer (me) will have some need in future or a friend/ family in future that you can help with.. if that’s the case I will recommend your name to represent them.. sorry so long but lawyers usually don’t respond to a customer after case is over… Molly was awesome she needs to be teaching Lawyers on how to take care of customer.. not giving it lip service. Thanks for your dedication to a non paying customer… Impressive!

I would like to first apologize to Ms. Angel for not writing this sooner. I believe I was her first solo case after passing the bar. Overall the Angel Disability Law Firm as a whole is a professional firm that has not lost it's human touch. They made me feel like I wasn't alone throughout the entire process. Ms. Angel was very knowledgeable and prepared me with realistic explanations. The thing that I believe set her and the Angel Law Firm apart is that they called numerous times simple to keep me informed and to check on my personal well-being.
