My mother used the Nash Law firm to formulate her living trust and power of attorney documents. The day after she passed away they made time for me to come to the office to make sure I understood what to do. I have called almost daily and Connie has been kind and caring and so helpful. I am thankful that my mother had the foresight to do estate planning and even more thankful she chose the Nash Law Firm.

Went to Nash Law Firm in hopes of finding a great attorney to help me with my father’s probate. I ended up getting directed to Kacey Zeigler - who at this time is no longer with this firm. All I’m going to say is the amount of neglect in this matter was unreal. All I was told was to pursue what she had done bc it wasn’t right. But they would not make right the situation either. Very stressful to loose a parent and experience what I did with this firm. So bad that even the clerks office made a comment on how poorly the final probate documents were written up that I feel the need to hire another attorney to overlook and make any corrections.

Requested the Nash Law firm services in October of 2022. Met with one of the representatives and continued with their services. After paying the agreed fee, only a few emails were sent. After not hearing from them my father went to the office in April of 2023 and they had no recollection of his case or the outcome. A few hours later I received an email to which I replied and a week later with no answer. We did not have a big case but I have not recommended them and will not use their services again.

Person on phone was a bit rushed and didn't want to listen to my tears. Of course they were busy. I will be at Trios to get more information about planning my estate now that I'm a widow. Second chances aren't always granted.
