This past year I was in one of the worst situations any woman could think of; I was dealing with a domestic violence situation along with having children. I had to make the hardest decision I have ever made. I filed for a Domestic Violence Protected Person’s Packet. I was in a relationship with the father of my children for 10 years. Never would I have believed I had to go to court for anything between the two of us. Unfortunately my kid’s dad decided to get into drugs that entirely took over his body and mind. As much as I tried to help him, he was only getting more lost into the drug that now completely altered his mind. I had to think of our children, I needed to keep them safe even if it meant staying away from their own father that they loved so much.

It felt impossible to serve the father of my children with this paperwork. My ex had become full blown manic and extremely aggressive. I couldn’t imagine having anyone I know serve my ex with the paperwork because I knew they would be in harm's way.

My dad then referred me to Sandra from a legal place. (She had helped him with his divorce). When I first met Sandra I knew she meant business. She explained to me step by step what to expect in this foreign situation of courts and serving. She informed me that she is a private investigator and she shared her experiences in these types of unfortunate situations. She promised me 3 attempts of serving. My ex was extremely difficult to find and it did not help that his family would not reveal to me where I could find him. At one point in time I felt completely defeated. I had no address or clue where to send Sandra & her staff. Sandra filled 2 continuances free of charge. During this hard period of time she was very communicative.I could reach her any way possible: via phone call, text, email, or in person. She was available Monday-Saturday and she would even go as far as to update me on a Sunday (days off). Sandra and her staff went above and beyond for my case, they did not stop at the 3 attempts! They stopped once they got it done! I partnered with Sandra on 11/7/24. They were finally able to serve my ex on 1/8/25. No amount of words could explain the relief that was lifted off of my shoulders. Sandra’s team did an amazing job in comforting me in one of the most hectic moments of my life. I am a full time nurse with 2 little girls and I am very blessed to have trusted Sandra with my paperwork. She provided that personal touch while maintaining professionalism. Once he was served, Sandra even allowed me to have my phone call conference in one of her empty rooms. Before my court hearing Sandra even took time to give me advice on certain topics to explain to the mediator. She was incredibly supportive and reassured me that everything will work out.

To any person who is dealing with any type of baby mama or baby daddy drama, I would highly recommend Sandra at a legal place! Come respectfully and truthfully because she will return the same respect and much more!
