In June 2024, I hired AAA Paralegal Services to handle the legal process for obtaining wage garnishments against a client who had failed to pay for my dental services. Nearly eight months later, this task remains incomplete. AAA Paralegal Services has failed to handle the matter in a timely and effective manner. I now have 31 pages of email transcripts documenting my communications. Due to these delays, my case is at risk of being forfeited for untimeliness.

Save your time and most importantly your money. The most unprofessional level of service for a business that should be on point. They do not follow up on your paperwork. Found out almost 2 years later my divorce papers were still pending and no follow up. When one is getting divorced and you’ve signed all the papers, you expect it to be done after that 6mo period when it was sent to the court. Here they blame Covid 1 years later. Howevwr they ended up walking it in to resubmit and then it was finalized in 2 months. However had I not followed up, it would have been sitting there. Save your time because appointments are suggestions to them and they do not adhere to them. Whoever works the front is very unprofessional. You ring the bell and wait and wait. Then after 10 mins tang it again and she appears antldnthebbsays to wait when here you are there to simply pick up your papers and leave.
Majority female staff and as a female was extremely disappointed by their lack of follow up and attention to detail. Was referred to them by a friend that had heard of them being a female team and now that friend is embarrassed because they have heard this same story more than once. The only person of reason there is the male. If you’ve been referred here, do not continue on. It’s a waste of a lot of time and a lot of money for services not rendered.

I had an appointment for 11am today. I waited 30 minutes before giving up and left. This lady never appeared. Very unprofessional. It's very basic etiquette that when you are with another client and you are going to run over that you reschedule that client and not dip into your next client's time. You don't value my time, I can't do business with you.
