This law office was amazing! Coming from someone who does not know much about personal injuries and the law, they explained the whole process to me in great detail by answering all my questions I had in a promptly manner and made sure I understood everything completely. I referred my friend to this Law Firm, and wow they were amazing. They made sure my friend and husband were able to get the settlement they deserved. From the 1st step all the way up until their case was closed my friends who are not familiar with the Legal system were able to get compensated for their pain and suffering. I was riding a scooter and got hit by a car. I had originally signed up with Eisenberg Law Group, but those fancy high rises are for nothing! For 7 months I would have to call them and ask for updates which were none. Than I got introduced to David Lim who persuaded me to bring my case over to his firm. Literally 2 weeks after joining they were able to switch my split liability from 50/50 to 100%! Than got paid 3 weeks later for the Bodily injury, THE POLICY MAX! On top of that David was able to get a reimbursement for my scooter which was lost at the Hospital. Switching over to the Law Offices of Kim, Au & Associates was the best decision I have ever made. Very helpful!
I got rear ended by a big truck and my brother provided me with this law firm's info. They explained the process and what to expect. It took time but they kept me informed through the process.
The law office explained the process in detail and set expectations for how long it can take for a case to settle. My questions were answered and I was kept updated of my case.
