I was seeking legal advice and help with my matter and found legal center in Downey, CA. My overall experience was good and they handled everything within means in regards to my matter. The staff is informative and straight forward to the point of handling business. I worked mostly with Amber, paralegal on my dealing and she was pleasant to work with and gives great advice. Give them a call if you are in need of help!

They did a good job! We needed help with our paperwork for an eviction. Our landlord filed very sneaky with no paperwork and it to us. The only way we found out was through the courts courtesy letter! We attempted to file an answer but it was too late. We went and spoke with the legal service center and they gave us a good deal of information about how to handle the situation. Also because the landlord was very motivated to get us out of the property ASAP, we got a sheriff's notice. Amber at the legal service center immediately called the court and got a court date for the next day! Then gave us all the information we needed to get a stop on the lockout date. Now, due to their work, we have a fair chance at a fair trial! Which is what America is supposed to be about. Thank God for people like them that give people in a bad situation a fair chance.
If you need help and you don't have the answers for legal situations like mine they are the people to go to! Hopefully we don't need to use their service again, but if we do they will be the first call.

Do Not GO Here! They make you pay 500.00 for the worst legal advice ever. I originally took the advice cause they don't give you time to think about it. They charge your credit card before you can ask anything. Then after thinking about it I went to talk to them in person. I changed my mind and said not to submit paper work. They sent me two emails stating they did not submit the paperwork which was a lie! They lied in two separate emails! They submitted me straight into a law suit that I didn't need to be a part of and it cost me 3500 dollars to get a lawyer to represent me in court to protect my credit. Then when I asked them what happened they didn't respond! There is a man who works there who is extremely condescending and talks to you like you are an idiot. There are no lawyers there just paralegals. Never take Legal advice from a paralegal! The worst place ever! If I could give it no stars I would!

I am not satisfied with the services that have been provided by the agency. I am interested in doing a trust but after my experience with the unlawful eviction process, I did not feel comfortable obtaining any other services from the agency. Since I started the process of eviction it has been difficult to get things completed and followed through. The only way that things were completed was by me following up. I will not be recommending your agency to my family and friends.

So I went to this place seeking help seems like all I got was a headache. On the actual day I visited the office everyone seemed genuinely nice. I explained to them after my initial consultation that I needed to think over their services and speak with family. I wasn’t feeling well for the past few days so that played a huge part in my decision. I receive a call today from a Mr. Elliott Bradley he wanted to know if I was still interested in their services I explained that someone contacted me yesterday and at this time I would decline their assistance. Boy was that wrong of me, He seemed to me to be very rude unprofessional and a tad bit irate! Then said he wanted to apologize if I felt offended. WTH!!!!! I was very much offended. I would never send anyone to this establishment. I think if I was in the office and he went off like that this may have turned out different. Who represents themselves like a donkey in a professional environment. After reading the reviews I see what people were talking about. Smh we must do better. The goal is to increase ones business by offering excellent customer service. Maybe the owner may want to look into new hires, one bad apple can ruin ones lively hood. College interns perhaps Ijs.

I give this place minus cero star. I called and spoke to Robert Perry he was very rude. Kept trying for me to make an appointment. I was trying to ask him a question and he wouldn't Let me talk. He was very pushy and said Questions need legal answers and if i wanted advice it cost me $199. I said ok. He said do you want to make an appointment I said need to talk to the other owner of the house. He was very pushy and said so you don't want an appointment. I Said thank you and hang up. I agreed with the majority of the people. I couldn't even get pass the door.

Super rude attorney. The kind that think they are too good to explain anything to their customers. I called for information, and my questions bothered him. He had to use legalese to pretend like he knew what he was talking about. But when I called another attorney I was informed that I was given incorrect info my this attorney. And the receptionist was super passive aggressive after I said I didn’t want to become a member. Definitely not recommended and would give negative stars if I could.

My experience was great. Legal Service Center took complete control of my case and handled business with professionalism. I was complete stress free after turning my case over to Legal Service Center. I was able to get my things out of the apartment with no problems.
