Today, February 26, 2025 and Jonathan "the caseworker" advised me that they were dropping my case. The statute of limitations is April 6, 2025. Because they are dropped me approximately one month before the statute of limitations, it is imperative they immediately provide the entirety of my file, including but not limited to correspondence, notes, demands, etc., within 24 hours so I may find alternative representation before the statute runs.

On their website it says No Recovery. No Fees. Yet she's asking me to pay money for the trial.

Miss Sharona Hakim, Esq. was extremely rude to me on the phone when we spoke for the first time.

She told me that she believes that I was the instigator in regards to my case at hand. If I was the instigator then why did you take on my case?

Then she says I think that you hate women I think you're talking to me and interrupting me because I'm a woman. I said no I'm just trying to have a two-way conversation and not a one-way conversation when you're the only one talking.
Her case manager that no longer works with her and her name is Marilyn told me that she has the insurance information of the other party.

I asked Marilyn well how did you get that information if the defendant is refusing to respond to the letters that you have sent him.

Marilyn told me that she has her ways of getting the insurance information without getting it directly from the defendant.

I tried to explain this to Sharona Hakim, Esq. But she would cut me off and would not let me continue talking. She continued to say you hate women, but I responded and it said I love women but now I believe you hate men.

I couldn't tolerate this psychotic crazy attitude that was so degrading and unprofessional. So I told her that she's fired.

This is a fair warning to all men and women. Beware Of her unprofessionalism And seek Professional counsel somewhere else.

2. Ignoring the Main Issues: Breach of Ethics & Poor Communication

She completely avoids the key problems:

Dropped my case weeks before the statute expired, forcing me to scramble for new representation.

Delayed releasing my case file, making it harder to find another lawyer.

Demanded money for trial despite advertising "No Recovery, No Fee," contradicting her own policy.

If she had a valid reason for withdrawing, she should have handled it professionally. Instead, she resorted to personal attacks.

3. Avoiding the Question of How They Obtained Insurance Information

A former caseworker, Marilyn, stated they had the defendant’s insurance details despite no direct response from him. When I asked how, she vaguely said she had her "ways" of getting it. This raises serious ethical concerns, which Hakim completely ignored in her response.

Her reply is a copy-paste damage-control statement rather than a direct response to my concerns. She never denies her rude behavior, last-minute withdrawal, or false accusations. Instead, she plays the victim to avoid accountability.
