Mr. Iaccarino and I have a history when he represented me in a dispute with my family over a written agreement. That was over 15 years ago.

Fast forward to today. I am a senior and would not wish this on anyone. I own my condo located at the Peninsula Place HOA. Last year the worst possible renter moved in next door. Three months into his lease he began making noise complaints. Six months into his lease he physically assaulted me so I filed an Elder Abuse TRO. In the past five days he has made two unsubstantiated noise complaints against me. Todays was the most recent. Security came knocking at my door at 6:00 a.m.

Before reaching out to Mr. Iaccarino I called San Bruno PD; they have a copy of the Elder Abuse TRO. They totally shot me down saying they would not take a report citing it was a civil matter. This was when I reached out to Mr. Iaccarino. I feel fortunate he answered my call. He did a Lexis search on my neighbor as we were on the phone. It gave him a glimpse of the person he was dealing with. Within a short period of time, I was contacted by his associate, Cesar Gomez, with a draft Cease and Desist letter. As a legal secretary, all I can say is wow. It was remarkable to receive such a fast response. If I was the recipient of the letter, I would think twice before making another unfounded noise complaint. It was such a well drafted letter and checked off all the boxes. Most important is that I did not feel alone. As a new "senior" having semi-retired last year, my parents are gone. Oftentimes I feel alone. For the first time I felt as though someone had my back. I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Iaccarino and Cesar Gomez. Thank you for sending such a well-crafted Cease and Desist Letter on such short notice.

I'm disappointed in how Cesar handled himself. I had a fantastic first consultation where I was instructed to add questions and felt like I had received support to file a complaint of a large caliber to the IRS. I needed help reviewing a government document that has potential to be life changing, and then additionally a recommendation of small claims, suing as a group, or clas action. I find at this point, it was suitable to inform me to find another law group rather than knowingly wait two weeks for our next one. I was under the impression someone would at least read the go the AI summary of the case and tell me the next steps by yesterday's appointment. I was shocked that there was a communication gap between the two appointments. Did he not see all the questions? It was clear he never accessed my Case Management or Correspondence folder. It was very confusing. I was absolutely under the impression this wasn't exclusively about a class action lawsuit. I promise you, I kept saying "I don't understand man" and was far from abusive. It's funny, because Cesar kept accentuating "dude" and "man" after I'd say a sentence, which seemed very passive aggressive yet degrading.

So ok, maybe I'm not a good fit. Why didn't you say that two weeks ago? This response to my review is foul.
