AVOID THIS SCAMMER IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I honestly don’t know how this woman is still in business.

I paid this woman $600 for legal fees and around $400 for court filing fees to help with a bankruptcy case. It took her OVER SIX MONTHS just to file the paperwork. Then the court rejected the documents because she had me sign with black ink, which made it look like a photocopy. Fine—I agreed to redo it.

But then… she DISAPPEARED.

I called her dozens and dozens of times, left voicemails, messages—ZERO response. I had to physically go to her office multiple times, and still couldn’t find her there. I WORK FULL TIME. I don’t have the time to chase someone around just to get what I paid for.

After MONTHS of chasing, she finally answered and told me she’s no longer doing the case because she got fined by the court for something related to a friend’s case. She said she would refund me, and I was understanding. But then she went silent AGAIN.

I waited another TWO MONTHS, kept calling, leaving messages—still NOTHING.

Eventually, I had to go to her office again and she said she would only refund half of her service fee and the full court fee—but not that day. So I had to come back AGAIN.

She finally gave me $300 back, and LIED saying the $400 court fee refund hadn’t arrived yet. Well… it’s been THREE MORE MONTHS and I’ve received NOTHING.

She’s now completely ignoring all my calls and texts. No updates. No refund. Nothing.

Do NOT trust this woman. She will waste your time, take your money, and vanish. I’m beyond frustrated and angry. This has been a nightmare to deal with.

If you don’t want to get SCAMMED, stay far away from Inez Moya.

Paid over $500 for bk preparation

She Didn’t properly file my bk!
Things were missing, file was rejected and she stopped responding.
Took 5 months for her to file after paying in full.
She then lied and said the courts lost my paperwork once I requested a refund. ””Coincidentally” the courts found my paperwork the day after I requested the refund.
Now I need a copy of my receipt and what was filed and she’s failing to provide that! This whole experience has been a joke!
I’ll never use her again!!!!

I asked for a refund once I had to pay another paralegal to complete my bk. Please be honest…
