I wanted to send out my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to one of your fellow officers. Yesterday, I was caught in the storm driving to Jackson, MS from Little Rock, AR. I was on Hwy 65S in Dumas when the flash flood started happening. I was so afraid. The officer knew it. He got out of his car just to help me out. He provided me direction on how to get out of my situation. I made it safe to Jackson, MS. Please let him know how much I appreciate all the help. God bless you!!!
