Jessica is great! I came in here to self fax my back taxes and Jessica immediately helped. She took all the documents I had, told me not to fax them, and decided to file them herself. Filled our taxes my fiance and myself, haven’t seen anything from them both, the past two years my fiance has filed with Jessica we have yet to receive anything she promised or said we’d get from IRS..

instead she charged us $400 to “Amend” a previous year since we hadn’t received anything from the IRS and for whatever reason we ended up having to pay a little over $4,000 in taxes

Tried to reach out to her numerous times, showed her the letters we were getting and was always shot down and or ignored.. she doesn’t want to sit and explain to us exactly what’s it is she has done or even care. Being that she is a “Tax expert” who filed his taxes i don’t understand how she can not figure out why we paid what we paid to the IRS or even try to help us understand it .. we are a one income household with two kids, paying $4,000 on taxes 2023 wasn’t an easy task, but we paid ..

Save your money this year and file elsewhere.. .. because i’m not the first person this has happened too after reading reviews i see and will be filling 2023 taxes elsewhere ..

I had a last minute document I needed signed before Monday, with little options on the weekends. Thankfully I called and was able to be seen immediately! Highly recommend this place for doing taxes. I had a W2 form from previous work and transitioned to Lyft and Uber for income and needed both tax forms done for the tax year.

After a long day of looking for public notaries in my area (around 6 locations) I was already getting frustrated with all businesses not being able to fulfill my needs. But this place just changed my whole mood and day. Walked in was acknowledged immediately. An employee by the name of Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable on what I required for my notary. Handled our situation in less than 10 minutes and even wrote us a form in her own format which was something she did not have to do but did it anyway which I really appreciated. I’m just thankful there are still people who actually care about their clients and look forward to actually helping them. I would definitely recommend this business for any kind of medical evaluation or public notary. They were awesome! 5 stars
