Mr. Bailey and his team were extraordinary throughout my brother and my nearly four-year probate process. What truly set them apart was Jonas's incredible personal touch—he would regularly hop on hour-long phone calls with my brother and me, not just to discuss legal details, but to provide genuine emotional support. I never thought I would need an attorney until I did & I am very glad Jonas was there to help me. I was very frustrated at the situation I was experiencing with the purchase of a property and an undisclosed issue. Undisclosed issues can be hard to prove, but Jonas and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we had our facts covered. Jonas was honest since the beginning and explained the best and the worst scenarios to make sure I was prepared and knew what to expect. Jonas is not your typical attorney, he is a good guy and knowledgeable professional. My husband and I were very satisfied with the results, Jonas was able to get us out of a situation faster than we expected and with what I would call a positive outcome. His staff was also great to work with, specially Kelly, since the first phone conversation we had, Kelly listened and did not rush into pushing or forcing me to retain Jonas as my attorney. Mr. Bailey was able to negotiate a very good settlement for us regarding a sensitive dispute. From the moment we engaged with the Bailey Law Firm, they kept us apprised of our case, fought hard for us and were able to get a better deal than we expected. In fact, at one point an offer was provided which I would have taken but Mr. Bailey told me to hold tight and let him get a better deal— I did and we came up better than I thought! Jonas and his team knocked it out of the park in a multi-million dollar trial verdict. I was referred to the Bailey Law Firm around 2018. The BLF represented me in a probate / trust lawsuit as a beneficiary against my mother in law (who was trustee) where she was trying to steal all of my inheritance that my father worked so hard to leave me. Fortunately, when Jonas got involved he was able to freeze most of the property and disable her ability to continue to steal from me. Not only was Jonas able to battle through four different lawyers, he was able get her removed as trustee, prove fraud, and the court awarded double damages against her!! If you have a lawsuit and need a great trial lawyer who has integrity and grit, I highly recommend Jonas Bailey and his team!!!

This is Larry I was a former client. Jonas mislead me, did nothing for my case and charged me extra. I ended up losing out tens of thousands because of him and this lawfirm. He took advantage of my old age and lack of knowledge the inheritance process. I urge and plea for people to stay away from this shady lawfirm. I have all my receipts as proof if you don't believe me. Thank you
