Recently having the most difficult times with the worker, disregarding, non-mutual, and uncommunicated. As I have filed more than a few months ago. The Agency had made it difficult to assist me with my case. There has to be a change in behavior toward the interaction with the parent requesting assistance. Now, I can understand the reason behind 1.4 stars. Do better Napa County Division, I'll just have to hire my attorney to pursue my case. Thank you for the lesson.

In my experience, which has been numerous and spanning over a number of years, Napa Child Suppport Services is an agency that works on behalf of Father’s to facilitate the reduction and elimination of child support order obligations. Income, circumstance, age of the child, time share and best interest of the child are irrelevant.

Be aware...the way child support works is who ever files for it first gets it first... it doesn't matter if the other parent isn't even in the picture they will still give them the money and you will have to go to court and fight for custody no matter what. Every good parent should fight for their kid... at the very least you can get 50/50 custody wich is fair in my opinion.
