I have a PO box there and I've always been treated very nicely by the staff, they offer to help carry heavy boxes for me, and when I'm late paying my bill they are good about it. Prices are good, very clean place

I dropped off an expensive package to return and ship to ebay.

When I dropped off the package I received a receipt with tracking number.
After two weeks of not thinking nothing of it I received a email from eBay saying why hasn’t the package been shipped.

I instantly got to this store around mid day and explain what happen why hasn’t the package shipped.

When I arrived the guy who helped me was wearing a hat he did not seem to care much after I told him my situation.

The receipt they gave me had a tracking number to Peru, ca which showed it has been delivered. My package was supposed to be delivered to La.

The guy with the hat also told me it must of been my fault because I must of printed the wrong label. I 100% printed the right label because I literally only had that package to return.

He wrote down my information and said he was going to check the cameras and see if I actually dropped off the package.

He also said I was going to receive a call from him the next day. It’s been several days and I never received a call from him.

That store lost my package and didn’t do nothing. Because apparently they can’t do nothing. Now I lost my money.

They had exactly what I needed. And for a fair price.
When I asked about mailing options the lady gave me a very knowledgeable rundown. She took the time to look up where I needed to mail my items and gave me several quotes on different ways I could go. I like how she took the time to personalize. issues and

This place is not expensive, very convenient. The man that owns this business is AWESOME. He's very nice and helpful. I've been having my mail sent here for 6 year's. And I've never had a problem with my mail. I totally recommend this business.

Mail never arrives. Ive had my bank card sent there 3 times and it still hasn't arrived after a month. And now, even though we paid to be able to access mail whenever we want, its now only accessible during business hours because the door is tied shut. Super unprofessional and not a safe place to have your mail sent. Its definitely not worth the money or hassle.

WARNING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!
They lost or stole my package and when I called them they said , and I quote “since we don’t get any money on pre-paid packages we do not care what happens to your package” WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have no idea why UPS, FEDEX or any other carrier would do business with this useless store.

Once the procss was kicked into gear it went smooth and only cost me $16.00 to complete. If I have anymore offical issues that need be processed again I would know that this would be the first place that comes to mind.

Cranky employees, disorganized, and not a dependable drop-off point for UPS packages.

Dropped an overnight UPS envelope there and it disappeared without a trace. UPS says they never received it. When I went to see what happened, the store employees refused to look for it or to help in any way.

They will probably find the envelope some day tossed in a corner someplace, but they won't find me in their shop ever again.
