I had my retirement account hacked and since I had some information on who may be involved, I was thinking to take that individual to the court. I came across attorney Stefan Stuparu from First Call legal Services who was claiming he can help me by submitting a memorandum which the individual has to reply, or we can take him to the court. He charged me $650 and the memorandum was very poorly prepared and I didn't even get any response. When I called him to see what's the next step he got upset and was telling me if I had any update, I would let you know. He didn't even have any recommendations on how we can contact the suspect and maybe persuade him to follow the law.
I don't recommend this attorney as it reminds me of my case of hacking.
