(To protect my identity I set a random time to review. My visit was late november 2024)
There's a noticeable lack of initiative or engagement in their work, as if they're just ticking boxes without any real investment in the outcome. It's almost as though they’ve figured out how to do the bare minimum, without ever crossing the line into caring. I would say they do great as government workers but hey them being on their phones all day and their empty building tells me that they're busy. That's what they tell me.
