The devil smiles and comforts you as he helps you complete the petition for free because as soon as you file the petition, the court, judges, court appointed attorneys, guardian ad litem, public guardians, Department of Developmental Services, SDRC and their vendors, are all working hand in hand to strip adult children of their rights and your right as a parent to help your own child. They have falsely accused families and caregivers of abuse to legally kidnap children to exploit for profit for years. $12 billion human trafficking crime here in California. Their goal is to take control of how funding for services is spent, to redirect it to their vendors, to line their own pockets. They have harassed families. They have committed perjury and fraud without consequences. They are corrupted. They're all human traffickers.
