Lori, I've tried calling, texting, email. Find a phone charger, borrow a phone, or go to a computer. I need a straight answer. You told me you have the signed document, and now you don't? This is my life we're talking about, and you're going to shred my documents and won't answer your phone. This can't be real.

We went with Lori based solely on her reviews on here. We needed a notary for a family member in the hospital unfortunately in a different state than us. Lori was asked to do a couple separate things and only completed 1. The 1 she sent us had incorrect information on it. We let her know that and it took over a week for her to send us the corrected form. In that week we had to call from different phones because she chose to ignore the original phone number anytime we called on it. When asked about the others we didn't get we were given a blanket statement that it was a "dual form" and clearly is not. We now have to start the process over with someone else. I would not recommend Lori.

I called Lori for notary services and let me tell you- she delivered. She met with us on a Saturday so no one had to miss work and was SO convenient. Lori confirmed via text and followed up the morning of. She was on time and was very personable. I will def be going through Lori for any and all notary needs in the future.

"Top Notch"
Lori's SSD team is attentive, professional, flexible, and easy to work with. They are quick to respond to requests, and there is no task they haven't been able to complete. They know all the right questions to ask and deliver top notch service. Although I would like to keep them to all to myself, I highly recommend Lori to anyone looking for Mobile Notary or Concierge Services.

Called Monday and set up an appointment for 10 a.m. on Wednesday to have some paperwork notarized. About an hour before my appointment I received a a voicemail stating she was running a little bit behind on her prior appointment and that she needed to push out my appointment a little bit. I called her back but went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail telling her a little late was fine but please call me back and let me know when she could do it. About an hour past by and I never received a call. I tried to call one more time but nobody picked up. Decided just to run into town and have my documents notarized. Really don't like having to leave this bad review it's unprofessional not to at least give me a call back.
