I'm not even going to mention your short comings concerning my case but you did nothing, the prosecutor spoke more on my behalf. You are sad for asking her to remove her comment. This firm represented my landlords at Echo Village, built & operated by the non-profit organization "Eureka Christian Health Outreach" with donations & with proceeds from their thrift store. They had punished me & finally evicted me for reporting my unit's broken heater to HUD after telling them about it for the entire 1st month. Suzie swore to tell the truth, the attorney asked her about my obvious disability which wasn't even relevant, & Suzie said I'm FAKING & I "walk & stand easily" every time she sees me. This from a woman pretending to portray Christian values...

This is what leads to people having zero respect for attorneys. Yes, if lack of integrity isn't a deal breaker, then "Thurman & Flanagin" is the firm to call. They do what they do by any means necessary, obviously unburdened by morals & ethics. Suzie & Dan are very ruthless people & with the help of this firm's attorney, showed no mercy or honesty.

Not having my own attorney didn't help. They'd quietly slipped into the courtroom & talked with the judge for at least 5 minutes before I was allowed to go in! It was very weird when the first topic from the attorney was about my disability & no reference to multiple sclerosis, just scoliosis. The judge strangely asked "who said you need surgery?" I said the neurosurgeon, & he said "it's only hearsay". Why did he even ask when I obviously didn't bring the surgeon to say I need spine reconstruction surgery? It was so irrelevant it threw me completely off. How sad are their tactics?

I was unfairly evicted for reporting them to HUD, that's what money & an unethical attorney can get you. Arkansas has the worst record for tenants' rights as a "No Tenants' Rights" state. These are the kind of landlords & their attorneys that take advantage of it to throw out people they want to get rid of. It led to my suicide attempt two weeks later after FIVE sheriff's vehicles with deputies came to throw me out. Talk about overkill & abusing the system for revenge on the whistle-blower. While in hospital, ECHO took almost everything I had to sell at their thrift store. Then two months later I learned I had been accused of saying I was going to burn Echo Village down. They'd filed this lie in an affidavit & a warrant was out for me for several months! Of course I was then fired by Uber, so my car was repossessed. I've lost almost everything I own, & after four court appearances, IT'S STILL DRAGGING ON! I'm at risk of six years in prison over a malicious, felonious lie, & I'm standing my ground.

Thanks so much Thurman & Flanagin, for starting the ball rolling by your representation of such morally bankrupt people for profit. Just another law firm, really.
