This law firm is like having a 2nd family! Mr. Payne told me from the beginning that they would have my back and they have! I had chosen Mr. Payne and his law firm after speaking to 3 other different attorneys about my case...you see who I hired! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great law firm!

Mr Payne was able to reduce my rather serious charge down to a much lesser one, even though I didn't think it was possible. He also kept me out of a higher court; which I greatly appreciate.

The office staff is very courteous and responsive to my questions and concerns. They send reminders on the phone, email, and standard mail so you won't forget and miss your dates.

I hope I never need them again, but if I do I will certainly be calling them back.

My fiance needed serious help with his case. We are from Kansas City, MO. and he had a driving while suspended warrant in Arkansas. The previous lawyers I spoke with quoted outrageous fees, took us through hoops telling us he had to appear in person, be arrested ( not knowing how long before he CAN bond out) And miss work!!!! But when he spoke to Mr. Payne and explained his situation, RIGHT from the jump he Assured him that he WOULD take care of EVERYTHING. With the FANTASTIC help from Ms. Davis, his case was not only resolved, but TOTALLY DISMISSED with his license reinstated immediately!!!! That was a HUGE BLESSING for us.
