Mr. Young correctly sought payment for his client but by inappropriately suing a very young, innocent woman whom he knows empirically to be the person not in charge or responsible for making payment for any bills for this business. I contacted him to put him in touch with the correct person (which the young had already attempted) but he told me over the phone in a very plain spoken way that he would prefer to sue the young woman than to bother attempting contact or sending a bill to the person in charge. He said that it's not his or his client's responsibility to put forth that much effort if the young woman was the person that his client had the most contact with. He's the kind of attorney that believes the ends justify the means. He used a common trick used by only the most underhanded lawyers: to sue her (or the known innocent person) and put the onus upon her to find the payment from the person that actually owes it. It's predatory and abusive.
