Well where do I start?! Ben Powers was 1 out of 16 attorneys that I called regarding my son's case. We chose Ben Powers because of his quick responses, the sincerity in his voice, his professionalism, and his very reasonable retainer fee. We started September 4th, the original court date wasn't scheduled until December 22, but Ben was able to get a sooner court date of October 25th. We reside in Texas, my son was extradited to Tennessee and Ben took care of us over the phone. Ben was able to negotiate a felony that carried a sentence of at least 2 years down to diversion probation! All I had to do was go pick my son up after being released a few hours after court! Never laid eyes on Ben until court and he carried the same demeanor as over the phone. Highly recommend to take care of you and your family in the time of need.
