Derick Allison and his staff are amazing! While there are never any guarantees with criminal court, I always felt confident in my counsel even though he kept telling me it could turn to be less than what I had hoped would be the outcome. Derick is awesome, I’ve seen him in action and his assistant, I am assuming a paralegal, Darla is great at communication and the sweetest person EVER to speak to on the phone or communicate via email. This a great family operation and I am proud to endorse their professionalism and the results that enjoyed because of them.

Alex Gustafson helped my boyfriend during these hard times. It seemed like no one would help with his case. When we met him he was so kind, and determined. Mr. Allison was attentive, answered all my questions and helped establish the appropriate steps to take to achieve a rapid resolution to my case. He genuinely listened and was empathetic regarding my situation. Mrs. Radin, a professional assistant, worked tirelessly, organizing years of documentation and medical expenses. She worked as hard in my case as she would have for someone she had known for years, although we had never met. Because of her experience, she was able to locate an insurance benefit that was in my policy that no one else had thought to look for. She is efficient and takes her job very seriously. Mrs.Radin kept me updated, by phone and e-mail, with any additional documentation needed and case progress. She was available and would typically return my phone calls and e-mails the same day. I always knew where my case stood and never felt like “just another case”. She always knew exactly where my case stood. I never felt ignored. I never felt in the dark or wondered if anything was being done. She would work as hard for anyone as she did for me. The resolution to my case happened much faster than I thought it would. In my experience, Mr. Allison and Mrs. Radin are accessible, hard working and professional. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that I would use them again if needed and I would recommend them without hesitation.

This law firm talks a big talk, promises this and that, told me I had a great case against my former employer for wrongful termination. Told me I was due over $300,000 because I loved my job and would have stayed until my retirement had I not been fired wrongfully. Then they wanted me to do all the footwork, I was told to contact all my witnesses even though I gave them a list of names and phone numbers. I received monthly bills for their "services" for THREE YEARS, wouldn't return by phone calls, just nothing. I finally called the judge who handled my bankruptcy, which I had to file due to losing my job, and he called me back himself the next day. The judge is the one who told me I had won my case and my former employer had to pay $10,000 which all went to my bankruptcy case. He also informed me that Arkansas is a Right-To-Work state which pretty much means you can be fired if they don't like you coming to work inn a good mood every day. Surely this law firm knew this and could have told me on my first appointment and not built up my case, and hopes. I was glad to hear I had won and that my employer had to pay but it was nothing compared to the $300,000 I was "sure to win." Yes their receptionist was always nice to me, but that doesn't mean much in a lawsuit.
