I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Ashlee Shultz from Redbird Bookkeeping company. She completely mishandled our 2022 accounting, causing significant delays and inaccuracies in the allocation of items. To make matters worse, we discovered that she had also tampered with our 2021 records, resulting in a negative balance sheet and completely misleading numbers. This kind of negligence is absolutely unacceptable.

When we tried to reach out to Ashlee for assistance, she showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. She refused to take our calls and insisted on communicating solely through email. As a result, we were left in a state of chaos and confusion, desperately seeking answers and resolution. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with someone who not only makes mistakes but also abandons their clients in their time of need.

Despite promising to address and rectify the situation after reviewing the matter, Ashlee has disappeared without a trace. She has gone MIA, leaving us to deal with the aftermath of her incompetence. Now, we are left with no choice but to hire someone else to fix both the 2021 and 2022 accounting mess, incurring additional expenses of $10,000. This is a significant financial burden that could have been avoided if Ashlee had simply done her job correctly or provided us with a satisfactory explanation.

I strongly advise anyone considering this accounting company to steer clear of Ashlee Shultz and her unprofessional conduct. She has demonstrated a lack of integrity, responsiveness, and competence, which has caused immense stress and financial loss for our company. We deserve better service and accountability from an accounting professional, and unfortunately, we did not receive that from Ashlee or this company.

Unfortunately, Ashlee Shultz's performance was far from satisfactory. Despite our efforts to provide her with all the necessary information and support, she consistently displayed a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for deadlines. Her work was riddled with errors and inaccuracies.

Communication with Ashlee was also a major challenge. She frequently failed to respond to our inquiries and requests for updates, leaving us in the dark about the progress of our accounting reconciliation. It was evident that she lacked effective communication skills and failed to provide clear and timely information.

In addition to the poor quality of her work, Ashlee's billing practices were highly questionable. Despite the upfront payment and payment at the end of each quarter, she continuously demanded additional fees for services that were supposed to be included in the initial agreement. This not only displayed a lack of integrity but also demonstrated a complete lack of transparency in her business dealings.

Overall, our experience with Ashlee Shultz and her company, Redbird Remote Booking, was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We expected a professional contractor who would deliver accurate and reliable accounting services, but instead, we received subpar work, poor communication, and a breach of confidentiality. We do not recommend her services to any business seeking a competent and trustworthy accounting professional.
