Seems the majority of the bad reviews don't understand how to "read" what the lawyers specialize in. In my case I had researched what these lawyers specialized in based on what I needed and Megan Hogue as well as other staff I dealt with during my case was above excellent. I enjoyed working with them because they were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and were very communicative even when our calls crossed. I'd always get an email or voice-mail so I was always kept in the loop. I have already recommended to a friend of mine as well. Highly recommend.

So it's been 3 weeks since I first made contact with this firm and provided them with my case, and gave them the name of the other party, so they could do a conflict of interest search, 3 days later. 1 week ago I called and left a message wondering if they had come up with anything, and still haven't heard back. Is this common practice to simply ignore potential clients, and if so, how does a company stay in business.
