DO NOT USE - SCAM!!!

Registered Agents Inc is MUCH BETTER!!

Worst experience ever. Absolute scam of a company. Advertise as $0 but you can’t get out with less than $100+. Not an issue - this is standard filing fee + payment for them to file - understand… but don’t advertise as $0.

Second - didn’t pay upgraded pricing to receive faster delivery. I started my order on Aug. 6 with a promise of 5-14 days delivery package (Articles, Operating Agreement, EIN). I got everything BUt the EIN. I started messaging about 2 weeks after the order to fix this. I was told they had to FAX in my form which can take 4-8 weeks. On the IRS site it says 2 weeks. I would check in almost weekly with them to see how everything was going and they told me I just needed to wait.

On October 18 - 2+ MONTHS LATER I received an email saying they were unable to obtain my EIN because I needed to sign the SS4 form. The SIGNED form is IN my documents folder created BY THEM!

I filed for the EIN myself and asked for a refund. They said I was outside the 60 day window and unable to do it.

Never never never never never use this company. It is HORRIBLE!

This company should not be operating. I have now spent endless hours back and forth over simple subscription charges. As a business owner there is nothing more disappointing than dealing terrible service and lack of any accountability. Beware.

Fraudulent company and a TOTAL SCAM. Do not give them your CC they will keep charging you and not deliver on the service. They put me in a very bad situation with me not being able to invoice for my business because they never actually delivered on creating the LLC for me! And they charged me more than $1000 for nothing

Horrible horrible horrible!!! They have no idea what they are doing! We wanted an LLC and some other things and not one item was executed so to no fault of our own. After several attempts to get what we paid we finally gave up and asked for our money back and of course they refuse to give any refunds even if though they are the ones that did not fulfill their obligation. The worst!!!

I used LegalZoom to amend my company name and was charged over $200. They failed to inform me that I would also need to publish the amendment in a newspaper. I only discovered this requirement after 45 days had passed, which led to additional costs when I had to pay again at the Secretary of State. Very disappointed with their lack of transparency and additional unexpected expenses.

Initially, I was attracted to LegalZoom's promise of free company formation services. However, I was shocked to discover unauthorized charges for additional services I never agreed to. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, LegalZoom refused to provide a refund, citing their policy. This deceptive practice and lack of customer service are unacceptable. Beware of hidden fees and poor resolution policies.

Not only did LegalZoom charge me for services I didn't request, but their chat agents also made it incredibly difficult to get a refund for these hidden fees. Despite my persistence, they continued to dodge responsibility and refused to issue a refund. Deceptive practices coupled with unhelpful customer service make LegalZoom a company to avoid at all costs.

This is not how you do business.
First you say you can help and I placed the order after confirming that you can provide the legal help.

when your partner Godeed team decides this is not something you can do, instead of giving a full refund you take a $25 processing fee. Even though you didn't do anything other than tell me that you cannot proceed.

It's unfortunate there are businesses like you out there, saying something to get the order and then not being able to meet the customer's needs.

Very shady business practice. Think twice before giving them your credit card info. and re read documents before signing.
