"MsTrinity" or however you spell her name, needs a attitude adjustment. Every single time that ive called up there ive been put on hold for 15 mins at a time. Ill get tired of waiting and as soon as i hang up and call back its like they were never busy and she awnsers the phone laughing carrying on have a good ole time. INSTEAD OF DOING HER JOB. Not to mention the attitude she gives you and the tone of sarcasm in her voice. Haven't really talked to anyone but trinity and she for sure has very poor customer service. Needs to fix this because id almost go all the way to little rock and wait in line to do my business their rather than coming to this rinky dink place.

While waiting my turn at this office, I heard how hateful the clerk, Rhonda talked to customers. It's bad enough that one has to wait for a turn in a one man office only to be treated like a second class citizen. Also the hours shown online show 8:00am-1:00pm, 2:15pm-4:30pm. I went there at 1:45pm and the sign on the door showed the office closed for lunch/siesta, 1:00pm-2:30pm. I guess they didn't get the memo from home office. I'll go to another revenue office. Maybe they are well rested and civil.
