Kudos to the young man who delivered my packages yesterday! He laid them on the porch, as I directed. I had 2 dogs inside barking. As he drove off, I went out to get pkgs, and I saw he had left 2 doggie treats! Which they soon ate and look forward to seeing a brown van drive up again!

I'm sure this has nothing to do with the delivery driver. Gps says i live 2 miles from this location. But yet been waiting ALL day for my package and here it is past 6 pm. And still nothing. Had a list of things to do today and now obviously it's not happening. Need to give everyone more realistic delivery. Like idk deliver to y'all's closest locations first. ?

I had a piece of mail that had a return sticker for something that had to be mailed back. The UPS person did not ring my doorbell but placed the mail halfway underneath my door mat and it got soaked from a previous rain. I did, however, present this to the person at the UPS office and they provided another envelope to replace what had been ruined with no problem.

We have had the same UPS delivery driver for several years. I would just like to commend him on his work ethic, kindness, and consideration!! I don’t know his name; but Lawrence Road 525 is on his route!! ? Thank you so very much for the service you provide. You are the best!!

Had to drop a package off. The center was closed and the package would not fit in the drop box. Had to wait and take it to another location the next day. The center has some different hours, wish they would have had them post on drop box or even have a person that could have taken it. The doors were open, but no one around.

Our package was stepped on and open from the weight of being stepped on. I have pictures for proof you can see the footprints on the box clearly!!! I haven’t really had problems until now. I can’t believe someone would step on our package like that.

Cannot get in touch with the driver to give them updated directions. Need to go down the west side of our property line just east of the mini storage on the east side of our property or on our west side of our property. A new asphalt driveway has been poured yesterday so you can’t drive on it.
