I understand that it is after regular business hours but the power has been out for many hours now. Not everyone runs their working hours during the day. Why haven't the city utilities been on the ball when there is no bad weather or anything to stop them?

They "Lost" my cash payment. Got a letter in the mail the night before disconnect. When I called they told me there was nothing I could do and my water will be disconnected. Now I have to pay late fees and reconnect fee. NEVER USE CASH WITH THEM.

They updated their payment portal.. Oddly enough the time stamp is 5hrs past the time of payment... If anyone sees this, if you pay at 7pm day before your bill is due, I'm sure you'll get hit with a late fee

3 to 1 star. Takes five times to pay my bill. I have to manually put everything even with autofill. Idk what I'm paying for at this point, aside from "turning water on" which is a channel lock away and cost me 5 grand from a surge in the house in remodeling

I have noticed a tremendous improvement with customer service. Any time I call with questions or concerns, if they cant figure it out right then, they have gotten back to me with a solution within the day. The new switch to a different platform for paying bills was a little confusing but I do believe the kinks have worked itself out. I have lived in PG for 6 years and the experience with the water/sewer dept hasnt always been great. However, I think they have made great strides towards improving our experiences.

No posives here ... they suck (your money and beyond). Low end (single adult, 3 shower week, 2 bags trash monthly, zero recycling) coverage is $50. Useless, it's a scam . .. just be prepared to budget it in, because you'll have to to have water.

Terrible customer service and attitude. They act like they are doing everyone a favor for providing basic needs for water and trash for their own community. Can't seem to get it together when it comes to picking up yard waste. Twice now I have called in yard clippings to be picked up, weeks and even months can pass without them picking up and when I called to remind them, they don't have record of the pickup request and have to put it in again. They make you run around and waste your time for basic citizen needs. It's unprofessional.

Is a joke, they won’t waive late fees. We have been trying to set up the online bill pay and it’s not working. Every time we go to try and pay it, says account is not found. We have called and called before our bill was due. They are not helpful.

Never seen a town with crappier water. Every pipe in this city needs replaced and the city just keeps bandaging problems. They just had another main break leaking 100k gallons an hour and had problems finding it. This city and its utilities are a joke!
