This Child support office and their employees Protects my dead beat ex bf that doesn't want to pay child support he has my case worker believing he is not working in reality he is working getting paid underneath the table and is also getting $200 from his mother every month my child hasn't gotten her C.S. payments for 2 months now System is failing her !

The workers here are so rude. They yell into the phone. Cut you off, catch attitudes, sigh into the phone and make rude remarks. I called just to clarify a letter I got in the mail about a fee and the two lady’s I spoke to were so rude. They were the worst to talk to when I was nice and just trying to understand something I wasn’t understanding. They finally gave me the answer which I understood at the end of the call but they spoke to me like I was dumb and like it was a huge inconvenience speaking to me. The lady then made remarks saying I shouldn’t even be calling because I’m luckily I get any child support at all. So I said I should get it I have my daughter full time. I pay for all her stuff, I miss work when she’s sick, I take her to all her appointments. And her dad sees her once every two weeks. And she then said “well that’s normal visitation” then continued to be rude and catch an attitude with me and just treated me like complete trash. When all I wanted was to understand the letter. I wasn’t trying to fight the letter or anything I just don’t understand legal talk. She transferred me to a case worker mid conversation then the case worker came on with the same attitude, and continuously but me off but she did give me answers so I’ll give her that.

Called about a letter I got. Was told I lived at a wrong address that they pulled from my driver's license yet my driver's license is from Oklahoma and the address they had was from fort Smith Arkansas. Asked why I was behind when the child support stuff was filed this month. They told me I owed from when me and my ex divorced but there was nothing set up to make payments. The courts would not have approved me sending her money as child support because it didn't go through the state first. The fact they lied to me and told me that I could've just paid my ex directly is ridiculous. 18 years of this to come. Can't wait.

If I could I wouldn't give them a star.These so called women that works at this place is the most heartless people. They would make sure they would mess you over with out telling you and ruin the family you have right behind your back without giving a notice whats going on until the last min.And this isn't the first time.I'm sure they sleep like a baby with a smiles on their faces. God have mercy on you

Have been dealing with this office for about 6 years now. They have always been very polite and compassionate, I've never been put on hold for a crazy amount of time. Over all very nice and professional.

All they wanna do is transfer you to people who never pick up. Today I had to call at LEAST 5 times, was given a number to little rock that didn't work (I confirmed the number with the representative) called back, got someone else that time and they sounded like they were fresh out of highschool with zero customer service experience, gave zero effort to actually help me, was in the middle of serving my call and just went "hold on" and instantly cold transferred me to who? I have no idea, she never said and they never picked up. The rest of the time I was transferred by the front desk and again, no one ever answered. My issue remains unresolved. Pathetic.

These people are the very unfriendly, the caseworker is never in the office, and never returns my phone calls. Then going to send out threatening letters to cancel my other assistance. I didn't ask them for their assistance. The most unprofessional government office I've ever dealt with.

These people don't know their A-holes from a hole in the ground!! Very unprofessional, very rude, you have to talk to 3 different people to get info on ONE piece of paper. I have filled out every single paper even DUPLICATES and they shut my insurance off reason be that I AM not the one complying with them. They're a JOKE.
