Kim worked hard to get me the decision I needed. He never faltered and didn't make 'unnecessary' contact with me so that he could take the weight of the procedure largely on his own shoulders enabling me to deal with my other issues, confident that he was doing excellent work on his own. If you end up in court with him, you're in for a treat. His cool mastery of the situation is *very* satisfying to watch. Further, his prepping style left me confident - but more importantly - able to testify in an effective manner. Lastly, if this man is on your side, you've got *two* aces up your sleeve: his staff and the rest of the firm - though often unseen - stand firmly behind you and they - like Kim - are *damned* good!
