The good people of Sonora are fortunate to have the services of an attorney of Sally Chenault's calibre. Having known her for over 50 years, I can say without reservation that she has all the characteristics of a quintessential defense attorney. Her communication skills are excellent: very direct but personal, not dry like some lawyers. Importantly, she is a great listener -- and can read between the lines. Her knowledge of the law is excellent, not surprising as she was always a top student. Her personal qualities are well suited to her career choice. For one, she can be very assertive and doesn't give up, sort of like a bulldog. (She will chew that bone until she gets the result she wants. Bad actors beware!) I have never encountered a an assistant/ secretary as rude as hers. She is absolutely the worst person I have ever encountered. She made me feel like my emergency was not at all important and if you ever want empathy this is not the place to start. She treated me like garbage, definitely thought she was better than me and just left me feeling absolutely terrible. I left in tears.
