Moved in last month. The apartments are brand new and beautiful. I like that they
have an in unit washer/dryer, central air, and stainless steel appliances. The only negative is that you can hear noise from upstairs if you are on the bottom floor (loud footsteps, kids screaming/running). The floors are not required to have rugs or carpeting so sound really carries.

Moved in a week ago. The Gracewood Estates management team has been wonderful to work with. Very responsive to the needs of the renter when it comes to setting up the lease, the handling of utilities and with any needs of the apartment itself. The choices for floors, hardware and appliances were well thought out. A high recommend

This place is beautiful, but the parking issue is always a problem. In front of my apartment there is a parking lot where I always park since it is in front of my apartment, but the other people (from another building or even when they are visitors) always occupy my parking lot and that of the others who live in this building. It is unfair that the parking lot in front of my apartment is always used by people who do not even live in this building, and many times I have to park far away because it is always full here!!!
