I've used Jeff for all my insurance needs-health, home, vehicle, life and work comp for over 30 years! He is always available, never too busy to talk and genuinely cares when I have had an issue to need to "use" the insurance. It always feels like he is really working for me and my best interests, not like other insurance companies who only care about their bottom dollar. I'm so thankful to know he always has my back.
Now that Matt is on board, I've found him to be equally as friendly and helpful, going out of his way to make things as easy as possible.
I highly recommend them to everyone.

I've never had any problems with MFB, but I haven't had any substantial claims. Shortly after submitting a claim at, "like a good neighbor," they failed to renew my homeowners insurance. So, it's yet to see, but I'm not going to dock them for something I haven't experienced yet. So far, I'm happy.

I changed my coverages to account for the rates going up and I was told the new amount and it still took out the original amount. I was told it was due to not having enough time to update the amount for renewal even though I changed it 1-2 weeks prior. If I hadn't paid attention to my bank account it would have caused me to go into the negative! Not happy!!!

Fast efficient and cheaper than most of the big brands. The service was top notch. All my questions were answered, and I now have car and home insurance through this agency. Give them a look!! And as of today, add camper insurance to that list!! It was cheaper than so-called camper insurance companies!!!
