Diana, is helping me get through a tough guardianship battle and it’s painful but having Diana and her great staff too has been a huge blessing. Ashlyn, has been very helpful too. Exactly last year, i was in a very ugly unfair child custody case. My childs father hired a lawyer and took me to court for unfair reasons. I felt like i can fight this battle on my own because i did nothing wrong. I WAS WRONG! I felt like i had no voice and very powerless. We were having a very hard time finding an attorney who would help us get an Advanced Health Care Directive and Power of Attorney to take care of my husband's mother who was placed in an awful nursing home. We must have contacted at least 30 offices and they would barely even talk to us.

Finally, we got a call back from Kayleen Clements and Cal Stead and we were able to get everything done. They have been accommodating, patient, thorough and most of all compassionate through this whole ordeal.

We couldn't be happier with our experience and can't recommend this office highly enough. They helped us when no one else would and we can't thank them enough.

Recently my husband and I had an estate plan drawn up by Stevie Jo McDonald at Borton Petrini and we were very pleased with our experience.
Dealing with what happens if we are no longer able to care for ourselves or what happens after we pass away is a difficult, uncomfortable and stressful process to go through, Stevie made it so much easier.
Stevie was not only professional but also uncommonly kind, accommodating our needs by conducting our business by phone. She gathered all the information she needed to prepare the plan and answered all our questions.
After all the paperwork was done and sent to us she once again had a phone conference with us and went over every page with us making sure we understood everything and answering all our questions.
Stevie taught us so much about how to preserve and protect our estate for ourselves and our children and their futures.
We would highly recommend Borton Petrini for your estate planning needs.

Do not hire Diana Christian to represent you in your family law case. She’s uninformed and does not command respect in the court room.
She failed to subpoena records that were pertinent to my case. This cost me not only financially, but also in terms of an extra year in court. Very disappointed.
