Mr Hall has represented me in the past on an eviction and a related civil matter. I was very disappointed to say the least. He cost me quite a bit of money being lazy, and slow to react. He has no true legal specialty and worse yet he is dishonest and unethical. Very disappointing experience with this tax atty. After paying initial upfront fee of $1500, we got very little in return and ended up doing our taxes ourself and dealing directly with the franchise tax board to resolve our issue. We feel like they didnt take our issue seriously because there wasnt much $ to be made from us, at least that's the only explanation we can come up with. It was a incredibly stressful situation for us, one we thought a tax atty could help with, but in the end they only made it more difficult. In the end we are out $1850, and resolved the issue ourselves.
