Rude. That is the treatment you'll get as a paying customer from Mr. Sinclair. After hearing that I was being threatened with a discrimination lawsuit from my tenant's agent , Mr Sinclair told me to "get over it". Now if that is the kind of service you'd like, at $475/hr, then go ahead. With "over 40 years" of doing this I would've thought he had better people skills.
