Jessica is amazing! She is a truly gifted healer. I have had both massage and cranial sacral therapy and would highly recommend either. Jessica is thoughtful, timely for her appointments and exceeds all expectations. She is very thorough in getting a clear understanding of what is problem areas you wish her to focus on, but also is extremely intuitive. When she is done you will be in a "ZEN" like state.

We had a wonderful and relaxing couples massage at their new location. Jessica gave me a prenatal massage that was soft and so relaxing. I will definitely be back for another one. The room was a little small to get a couples massage in and I would have liked it a little darker in the room, but I would still tell my friends about this place. Jessica was very nice and welcoming. 5 stars!

My 6 year old daughter is having chronic migraines. We are attempting to treat her without big scary prescriptions. Finding Jessica is a total blessing! She instantly made my daughter feel totally comfortable, and fully explained everything. I get the sense that my daughter felt Jessica was more like a friend trying to get to know her than anything else. My daughter didn’t want to leave, and can’t wait to return. Both to see Jessica herself, and for her AMAZING cranial sacral therapy. Do NOT wait to schedule. I should have started with Jessica months ago.

My session was with Denise. I had a walk in massage at a different place a couple weeks ago which was quite bad. Denise asked me what was bothering me and she focused on those spots. So she worked out my back, calves and feet, then did cranio-sacral to close. I left feeling so much better- for real.

The difference here is that Denise is strong (physically) and actually understands and has insight into the muscle systems she works on. The walk in place felt like they relied on their body weight which they did not control very well, leading to a massage that I feel did more harm than good.

And you simply could not ask for a nicer lady than Denise. She just has an aura of kindness and authenticity that can be hard to find in people. So when you add it all up you have the technical ability, the knowledge and the personality. Denise will help you feel better.

It's a small place but it is Stylish and Clean, inviting and relaxing. I needed a massage that would aid me and that's what I got. I will be returning.

Oh also- Denise let me plug my phone into the stereo. She's obviously a tasteful person so I'm sure it would have been fine but to put it in context, the other massage I mentioned was done to like..easy listening versions of top 40 from the 70s...I don't always get a lot of opportunity to get a massage, so I really appreciated being accommodated, as I'm kind of specific when it comes to audio.

Jessica's intuitive touch and aromatic calming space have helped my 8yo son overcome emotional and anxiety issues that kept him from doing the things he loves in life- especially having friends to play with.

She's helped soothe his nervous system so he's now able to know when big feelings are coming and react appropriately, rather than be blindsided and lose control. He had tools, but blind rage would come on so fast he never had a chance to use them.

The sessions with Jessica have allowed my son to thrive at school, Fox Walkers, and Kung Fu without the knock-down, drag-out meltdowns he's suffered with since preschool. He's finally able to feel upset, use his tools, and express his needs without exploding.

Amazing Cranial Sacrial work with Jessica. Tons of release during session and after. Extremely tight neck/shoulder muscles, prone to migraines, Jessica was able to release the tightness.
