Easy to moderate trail. Good for adults, kids, and pets. It is better to arrive early because parking gets full easily. There is a $10 parking fee and make sure you pay to avoid the ticket. There is a slight elevation on the trail and it's a 2 hour in and out hike.

Really nice hike and trail, overall was about 4 miles and super enjoyable. Do it earlier in the morning as the heat can be a bit annoying (preferably 6 am or so). Make sure to bring 10 dollars cash and a pen for the parking. Overall super enjoyable and bring water with you. Took us about 2:30 hours to completely and would do it again.

This trail goes to the dam and wow is it such a pretty sight since you're hiking parallel to the river. It's a tough trail if you haven't hiked in a while and especially when it is over 90 degrees during the summer. I always recommend bringing a whole gallon of water for 2 ppl. It wasn't crazy crowded too and perfect for dogs although the gravel can get a bit too hot for them so be careful

It was a beautiful hike. It was our first time there, and my family and I had a nice time. We went on the hike to the dam and went swimming on the way back. I would go again.

Very nice park with great trails.
The trail we took to the lower part of the lake and to the dam was covered by trees, which is always great on nice days.

Parking looks to be busy, but not impossible to find.
1 day pass is $10.

Definitely a great hike.
