The customer service is great. Jinesh was very helpful and the service was quick and efficient. He helped me do my DOJ and FBI Live Scan and answered all of my questions regarding the process. His answers were very informational. When I called ahead to see if they were open, he even gave me directions on how to find the store. I was in and out to do my live scan in about 15 minutes.

I've been coming to this Postal Annex for some time now and I have to say that I've never left disappointed. I've used their service for making a memorial pamplet for my father's funeral (it came out better than I expected) to mailing/shipping items, to everyday copies. I have copies made on a card stock paper and each time I go they have different colors to choose from. It's easy to say that they always exceed my expectations! Looking forward to continuing as a loyal customer!

As usual I go there for packages ups/fedex drop-off or pickup. So today I been to this store to drop-off some package but the cashier was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.The customer service was terrible, Look like the lady at cash register doesn't like her job. We go to this store because of the owner as he is very nice person but If this kind of service they will provide then no one want to give them any business. I HOPE THEY WILL IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I need to pickup my FedEx package went in there friendly staff with smiling face greeted me. 3 mins total time spent.
They provide many services, i.e. USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL. Also copy, Scan, Print services they offer. Also they do fingerprints.

It seems that my last review of the 'Postal Annex' may have violated something because it's gone. If it was the picture of the rude manager, then just remove it, but post review please. Last Saturday, my wife attempted to do a return to sender on an unopened package. The manager told her she did not need a receipt for this reason. She took his advice and left. Last Tuesday, she called the company of the returned item & they advised it was not in transit yet. So she calls and asks why to the same man who now answered the phone according to my wife. She says the return is not in transit according to the company and then tells the man on the phone that this was bad customer service, where he got so offended he hung up on her.

After she relayed this to me, I went to this place & discreetly asked the man, "if a package was dropped off on Saturday, when could I expect to see it in transit?" He replied, "there should be a tracking number by end of business on Wednesday." Then he asked me if my wife had called earlier? I said, " She may have..." he then told me to get out even though I was calm and just asking. I then asked if he was the owner or an employee when he relied, "manager now leave!" I then asked why he was trying to kick me out as I was just asking a question. He said ,"because your wife was rude to me on the phone." I left after advising a customer that walked in to get a receipt for anything she had done here.

So today, 1 week later. The same package that was to be returned to sender was delivered to us again. So it appears that his definition of good 'customer service' is to not listen at all to the customer.

Good luck if you choose to use this business.

Additionally, if you look at their website, all the good reviews seem to be for the Covina location of PostalAnnex.

Stay far away. I believe it was the owner manager, who was incompetent and rude. He really thinks he is the king of the place, and customers are his underlings, begging him for help. He took and wrong order, and forced me to pay for the copy any how. want to charge me again for the right order, then promptly drove me out refusing service. I told him, it is all showing up in the review. He acted like he is immune to bad reviews. So, take your own chances. You want to deal with a king size ego and pay for the store's mistakes, try this one.

The absolute best printing, fax, scanning, mailing business in San Gabriel valley!! Jinesh and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The business offers every service I have needed live scan, notary, copy with professionalism unmatched. This is a fantastic store and business. Keep up your great service
