I just had a consultation and I do not recommend this office. We went in looking for help in a custody case and Mr. Loftin asked my partner why she didn't report her abuse when it happened and told her that she should have. That he couldn't take her case in good conscience. But directed us to a "lady attorney" who may have a different view on things. If you're a woman seeking help, don't come here. Victim blaming and shame is all you'll get

Edit: I'm unsure if the reply from the office was deleted but it said something along the lines of "we care about client satisfaction" and "expectations aren't reality"

That seems to be odd considering Mr Loftin talked over us the entire time. And as a potential client, I didn't feel very comfortable or respected.
He didn't actually listen or hear us out, or allow questions at all.
He steam rolled the conversation and made my partner cry by his attitude and the way he was speaking down to her. As if she was in the wrong for seeking help in the first place.

I double down on this office not being a good place for women to go to. They aren't trained to be empathetic apparently.
