Very poor customer service. After sudden unexpected changes in my office I asked for a less expensive subscription or lower payment as I was no longer using the software. My customer "success" person ignored me for 34 months. Finally, someone else reached out to let me know they refuse to work with me. So, I am stuck with a prohibitive monthly payment in a solo office for a platform that does not meet my needs. If you are a small office, be wary of signing with them. They are not flexible even if your office has significant unforeseen changes.
