After being in a car accident Ken’s Office and staff ensured that they would work diligently on my behalf. There was no up front cost they were paid when I was. Yes they were successful in recovering the funds needed to cover my medical bills and my physical therapy with extra for my pain and suffering. 10/10 I recommend them and will use them in the future if this ever happens again (hopefully not, but people are going to people)!

ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION! Whatever you do please stay FAR away from this “law firm!” Things(communication) went well up until it was time for me to settle. On June 13, 2024 is when things turned sour for me with things pertaining to my case. The attorney on my case was not up front with me about a number of things. He sent me ONLY page 2 of a TWO page document. And when I brought that to his attention he acted as if he didn’t do so. He advised me he would send the documents again. When he did, he did the exact same thing again. ONLY sending page 2 of a TWO page document. I knew something was up when that happened. During this conversation he made me an offer that I refused to except cause I just knew he had to be kidding me telling me that number with the injuries, trauma, pain and suffering and loss of my job I endured as a result of the car accident I was in on September 21, 2023. I was headed back to work when the accident occurred. So I asked to meet with him. We met on June 17, 2024 in the Atlanta office. During the meeting is when I learned that if I had signed the paperwork he sent me via text message on the 13th, the “law firm” and himself would’ve received a substantial amount more than myself! On top of that the attorney told me I would not get my lost wages. I’m the injured person and the client. I was livid! Your attorney is never to receive more than the victim and client in my opinion! He couldn’t even speak when I asked him “how do you get more than me?” He was literally trembling! So after that the attorney over my case and another more experienced attorney in the room said they would go back over my case and get the medical bills lowered. This took another month and a half! When they did get back in touch with me on July 26, 2024, they tried to play in my face again about the loan I took out through the settlement. Stating that the interest on the loan was going to go up $500 to $600 going into a new threshold. I told the attorney according to my records the interest was going to go up only about $200 every new threshold. He then said “if you’re fine with that I’m fine with that.” Furthermore, after speaking to him about that I noticed his tone was that of agitation. They still tried to offer me less than them. I told them I did not intend to settle for LESS than them! The attorney over my case had not mentioned to the more experienced attorney that there were 3 more providers that needed to possibly get into touch with them about lowering my medical bills. This attorney over my case let my medical bills reach the maximum amount of the insurance policy of the at fault driver. Then attempted to negotiate the medical bills down. He did not do well at that. On July 29, 2024 we finally settled this process. The attorney did not have me at his best interest. To realize he and the “law firm” would’ve received more than me if I had not paid close attention to detail speaks volumes about them. I advise anyone and everyone to pay close attention to these documents they send you! Read, read and read again! Get a good understanding of what you’re reading!

It was so very, very stressful.
The lawyer did not have me at her best interest. She had my concerns and details but did not read or follow up or fight for me at all, I am still receiving bills that she and her paralegal did not pay. MY 1ST injuries were overlooked by her and I will forever deal with on my own
My advice is Think really hard BEFORE you commit to a firm because there are Some, who Do Not Care at all, about what you have gone through

I enjoy working for him and his clients. Going into my 8th year and I still feel supported and guided on how to assist his clients. He gives back to the community and holds everyone accountable for how we work for his clients. He cares about clients and in the years with this office, I know it’s not about money with this firm. It’s about being a community and supporting each other. Thank you to this that have shared the good and the bad here. It helps make the changes we need to do better each case. An example is that when the read clients are calling and being missed, they added more ways to keep in touch with each other. Including a tier of supervisors and care team to monitor and support clients and staff with a way to make sure we all see and hear the clients message. Email is great. Now text messages are even better. From someone on the inside, he hears you, he sees you and he fights for you.

I honestly should’ve listened to all of the reviews. The 1 star reviews are true. They are horrible with dealing with workers comp cases. They do not keep you informed and they also tell lies. I was told on February 13th that they had received all of my records and I had been texting since them for updates. No response until I sent a message yesterday telling them I don’t want them to represent me anymore. The paralegal then told me today that he had just received them after being told he received them on 02/13. Excuse after excuse on why they don’t keep you updated. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL 0/10 Do not recommend
