I cant say how grateful I'm for rick an his team. When there was no light at the end of the tunnel they gave me it. As father I got the rights an the time I deserved with my child thanks too them. They also gave me peace of mind that no one else could an the professionalism on the matter was 10/10.

I needed help in an emergency situation as my child was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and he needed a modified visitation schedule for his safety. Mr. Banks and his paralegal, Leanna, were extremely helpful in guiding me through the darkest and scariest time in our lives. I would recommend Mr. Banks to anyone who ask.

During an extremely emotional custody battle regarding my young daughter ,I was so lucky to find the law office of Rick Banks . I had a wonderful outcome and the office worked extremely hard with a short notice . Michele was amazing and I highly recommend her in easing your mind during a time of need . She was amazing from start to finish. Rick was extremely knowledgable and helped me come up with a vistation plan that suited my daughters needs . It was a win/win for everyone involved . I highly recommend this office . Rick even called me to check in before our court date after emailing me in the early AM hours helping prepare last minute. Excellent service with my hectic work schedule. They even called me when I should've been calling them . Thanks so much!

Going through a divorce and trying to assume custody of your children can take a toll On your body and on your mind. Attorney Rick Banks and his staff not only were they professional but they had a way to somehow put you at ease by being very direct and honest in regards to the possible outcomes of the case.
Obviously every case is different but in my situation Mr. Banks was able to prove my case and the results superseded my expectations.
Mr. Banks cares about his clients. I would most definitely recommend him if you ever find your yourself in need of an attorney.

To anyone going through a divorce or child custody Mr banks has my recommendation and for the single dads that are fighting for your rights I highly recommend Mr banks!!! As a dad and deployable service member starting in on a divorce and child custody case my mind was racing with concerns and fears of losing my kids the rumors are out there about courts and fathers and I heard them all and that brought me to The Law Offices of Rick Banks. Mr. Banks and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly to their clients and in my case were able to quickly put things in motion and change them as needed and in court I was pleased with how everything was handled he was firm in any negotiations and in front of the court he didn’t sugar coat anything he said what was wanted and fought for it and in the office his staff is on point they quickly get any paperwork done that you need done and keep communication open with you on the whole process. 5 stars from me I highly recommend his services.

The Divorce process sucks in CA but Rick and his team notably Leanna the paralegal were fantastic. It was a long process years due to unforeseen problems and wasn't cheap however, cheap was not the goal. The goal is to get a decision that is the most beneficial to you and your family and thats what I received. Some cases are more complex than others and complexity drives up the cost mine was like a Rubiks Dodecahedron. Overall the communication was a 10. I never felt like I was in the dark. The decision I got was a 9/10 sometimes you have to negotiate. I also used Rick for a trust and that was a much less arduous journey.
