Mark Cohen represented our Homeowners Association in a complicated lawsuit dealing with a 50 year-old road easement whose ownership was not clearly defined. There were 6 parties to the lawsuit, including the County. Over the year and a half we worked with Mark, he was very attentive to the HOA and the numerous details and filing deadlines of the lawsuit. He had a firm grasp of the law governing property rights, easements, and writing settlement agreements. Mark helped our HOA navagate the the complicated legal matters before us and negotiated a settlement that protected the HOA’s rights with this road easement. We are very happy with Mark’s work and the resolution to the lawsuit.

Did a fantastic job! He helped us avoid going to court and we were able to reach an agreement with our partner that we all were happy with. His rate is fair and his service is excellent.
